Zhaleh holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree from University of Sunderland, UK.

Prior to recruitment, Zhaleh was a Marketing Executive for a UK based FMCG organisation driving sales. Before joining Apsley Recruitment in 2007, Zhaleh was a Senior Consultant with Hays PLC, specialising in Business Support.

Zhaleh became a member of the Apsley team to further develop the Business Support contract market for NSW leading employers across a diverse range of industry sectors.
